Having at our disposal our own fleet of licensed vehicles, as well as long-term partnership agreements with the best fleets of Almaty, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the comfort of vehicles, the experience and professionalism of drivers allow us to guarantee the accuracy of the execution of your orders and the safety of trips.

Payment terms:
- By bank transfer and cash payment.
- Post-payment, after using the transport for 10 days, according to the invoice for payment, at the conclusion of the contract.
- Provision of a complete package of accounting documents.
- Our company is not a VAT payer.

Booking conditions:
- Submission of an application for the provision of vehicles 72 hours before the start of the order. In special cases, it is possible to reduce the time to 48 hours for buses, and up to 24 hours for passenger cars.
- The minimum unpaid gap between flights is 2 hours.

Cancellation conditions:
- In the cities of Almaty and Bishkek – 48 hours before the start of the order.
- In other cities of Kazakhstan – 72 hours before the start of the order.

Additionally:
- Securing a personal manager for the company.
- Round-the-clock operation of all vehicles and dispatch service.
- The minimum order for a bus is 4 hours, a minibus and passenger cars is 4 hours.
- The calculation of the cost of transport is indicated for a round trip in one day.
- Environmental fees, entrance fees, permits are not included in the price and are paid on site or additionally included in the invoice.
- If the trip is carried out outside the city with an overnight stay, then the driver's travel expenses are paid additionally at the expense of the customer.
- The route and the number of sightseeing facilities are negotiated in advance with a personal manager.
